This is where the Rule set will be available, once it is created, based on the current set of Rule sets available based on the Lord of the Rings books.

The Aim of the Rule Set for us to play these games, is for them to cover, both large Field battles and Siege games (where the figure ratio will be 50:1), plus small Skirmish games (where the figure ratio could be either 1:1 or 1:10). For example, a single Character figure will be seen in a large Field battle or a Siege as being on its base with another 49 men with him/her. Whereas in a Skirmish, he/she will be a single Character. The conflicts we will work through, will form part of the War of the Rings 'Story', that we, the Players will write. Army sizes will be based on how many warriors each leader may send to a battle, based on his/her total numbers and will not be related to either any Points value or Base numbers.

The Rule Set we all end up playing , needs to be in an A5 format, with a max. of 20 pages, so that it is easy to use, but gives us the maximum fun and authenticity based on Tolkien's books.
