The Naval Raiding Army can have a max. of 50 warships (5 models) carrying 5000 men (@50:1 a max. of 100 figures), plus another 3000 men (@50:1 a max. of 60 figures) in smaller ships (10 models). If defending the Umbar lands, it can field an extra 2000 men (@50:1 a max. of 40 figures)

 

These men were Seamen & pirates who fought as swordsmen or with a variety of other weapons like daggers, crossbows & fire-bombs

The army of the Corsairs of Umbar was a large fleet of pirate ships sailing under Sauron's command to aid in the attack on Minas Tirith. They were a force of Men from Umbar who served as privateers & naval raiders & their fleet was routed by Aragorn & the Army of the Dead at the Pelargir docks & the river mouths

The army was a fleet of ships sailing under red & black sails with a black eye or a black star. Aragorn & the Army of the Dead intercepted the fleet at the docks of Pelargir & later at the river mouths, causing the Corsairs to abandon their ships

 

The main Corsair fleet that attacked the coasts of Gondor consisted of fifty great ships & "smaller vessels beyond count". The number of fighting men is not explicitly stated, but the "fifty great ships" alone could have carried around 5,000 men. The "smaller vessels" would have carried additional troops, leading to a total force of several thousand
